Apologies for not seeing this sooner. desertguide's answer is correct. I should add that this is likely true in the summer but not in the winter. The coast has the mild weather and if you're asking about "warm" in the sense that you skip out on the real winter weather, you're going to want to target the coast as a migration target. The interior of the PNW gets the real, honest, true northern winter weather in all its glory. Areas west of the mountains don't so much.
